On November 2, 2023, the Seventh National Congress of the Chinese Association of registered tax agents was held in Beijing. Wu Liguang, chairman of Da Hua (Beijing) tax agent Co., Ltd., was elected as the executive director; Tang Jie, head of Ningbo branch, was elected as the director.

The General Assembly elected 222 members of the seventh board of directors, 74 executive directors, 1 Chairman of the board of supervisors and 2 deputy chairmen of the board of supervisors. Liu Lijian, former deputy director of the State Administration of Taxation, was elected president of the Seventh Council.
