In 2017, we signed strategic cooperation with the Australian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Chinese Certified Tax Agents Association to serve the the Belt and Road high-end talent training program. In the same year, the Australian Institute of Certified Public Accountants awarded Dahua Certified Tax Agents the only industry training qualification in China. Australian Certified Public Accountants were included in the "National Service Industry Expansion and Opening up Comprehensive Demonstration Zone and China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone Overseas Professional Qualification Accreditation Catalogue" in August 2021.
In October 2018, I participated in the initiation of the "Salary Tax Practitioner" project and served as an expert in the evaluation committee of the "Salary Tax Practitioner Vocational Skills Evaluation Standards". Dahua Taxation has started to undertake the training program for the assessment of the competency level of "Salary Tax Practitioners". The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and three other ministries have officially added "payroll tax consultant" as a new job under the "enterprise human resource management consultant" profession; Selected for the list of vocational skill level certificates by the Ministry of Education in 2021. The project aims to cultivate talents in payroll and taxation, and has achieved phased results. At present, we have signed contracts with 30 universities across the country, including Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, and Suzhou University, and gradually incorporated them into the curriculum system, with 35000 people nationwide obtaining evidence. At the same time, it has also obtained ATHE UK Training and Higher Education Certification and IFA UK Institute of Financial Accountants Certification.
